If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. You must obtain a return authorization number prior to returning your items. Otherwise, your return shipment will be rejected.

Easy Exchange Program

With our Easy Exchange Program, you can return items and order your new merchandise quickly and easily by calling toll free in Canada & US 1.800.772.1408 or 604.601.2028. The exchanged item will be shipped out at no charge for standard shipping and handling (in Canada and US only). We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

How do I return items?

  1. Complete a Return/Exchange Form - For your convenience, with every order we ship, we include a Return/Exchange Form. The items that were shipped to you are already listed on this form — just fill out the form on which items you are returning, and send a copy of the form along with a copy of your invoice back to us. If you do not have this form, you can download a Return/Exchange Form here. Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return. Final sale items are not eligable for return.
  2. Securely package your items. Enclose a copy of your Return/Exchange Form, and a copy of your invoice. Address your package to the appropriate location.

  3. We recommend you send items by a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for packages not received. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Shipping is not refunded.
  4. For faster return and exchange processing please login to your account here and complete the return form online. Details as follows:

Step by step online Return Authorization number request:

  • Once logged in to your account click on View Order beside the order you want to return or exchange.
  • At the top of the order view click on Return and complete the form, while being as detailed as possible in the comments section.
  • If your email address has changed please enter your new email address at the top of the form.
  • Once you have entered all items being returned please click on Submit.
  • A confirmation page will load after clicking on Submit. This page will also list the return address for your return. A submission confirmation email will also be sent to you.
  • Please DO NOT ship any items until you receive a second follow up email stating “Your Return #[your RMA number] – Authorized”. This usually occurs within 2 business days.
  • Once you receive an Authorization email please ship the return items.
  • The Return #/RMA # provided must be printed clearly on your return package. Print “RMA: [your RMA number]”. Returns missing an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Please securely package and ship the return products with a courier of your choice to the address provided. All returns are shipped at your cost.
  • You can view the status of your return by logging into your account any time or contacting us toll free, in Canada & USA, at 1.800.772.1408.

What is eligible for return?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not, let us know within 30 days. Call our team at 1-800-772-1408 or 604-601-1408. We’ll give you a refund or send you another item in exchange. Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return. Final sale items are not eligable for return. Items being returned past 30 days may incur a 15% restocking fee.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders place before 1:00PM, Pacific Standard Time are generally shipped out the same day they are placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Standard ground shipping within Canada & USA is 5-7 business days. If expedited shipping is available to your location, this option will appear at checkout — you may choose this option for an additional charge. International orders will take longer to process due to customs. Call us at 1-800-772-1408 if you have further questions.

What currency are orders billed?

All orders will be billed in US currency. For your convenience, our website provides an estimated currency converter. You can view the amount you will be billed in your shopping cart.

What do you charge for shipping an order?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the location where it is being shipped. We ship from our warehouse in Ferndale, Washington, USA using UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. We do our best to provide competitive rates by passing on our shipping discounts to our customers. You will have the opportunity to view the shipping cost before payment at check out.

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?

Yes. We ship worldwide using UPS. There will be no extra duties or brokerage fees for Canadian bound shipments. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.

Are there any additional costs to my order, such as tax or brokerage fees?

Canadian residents are subject to GST/HST. Washington State residents are subject to Washington State Sales Tax. Clients outside of USA and Canada are responsible for their own local duties / brokerage fees. We do not not include nor reimburse the costs of duties and taxes imposed by foreign governments.
